School Queen

Hiiiii welcome back to my blog, Can you imagine when you were crowned a queen at your school? when I was in Grade 10 High School, I was named the queen of the school at that time. so at my school they always hold the election of kings and queens of schools every year, the winner will be the chair and representative of the PIKKRR organization. The Center for Information and Adolescent Reproductive Health Counseling is a forum KRR program activities are managed from, by and for adolescents to provide information and counseling services about reproductive health and activities other support.
I was chosen by following the selection to become a queen after going through several challenges to see the strengths and talents that must be possessed as a queen or school king. the election runs for 3 nights in a row, on the first night the race begins with the introduction of each competitor using a language that has been previously chosen by taking a paper containing what language the participant should use when introducing. I got a paper containing Japanese at that time and required me to do an introduction to use Japanese, but that night I didn’t just use Japanese, but also English, then I interpreted it in Indonesian. I aim that in addition to displaying my strengths, I want the audiences who can not speak anything other than Indonesian to understand what I am saying at that time.
On the second night of our competition the participants were required to display our talents on the stage, we could display more than one talent. That night I showed talent in singing and giving speeches. Honestly I did not prepare for this, I just appeared as best I could without prior practice. to sing almost every day singing in the bath and it becomes common when I have to appear to sing suddenly. but giving a speech, usually people must prepare a draft about the contents of the speech delivered. but that night I made a speech with my bare hands, I just relied on what I thought I would say. there were other participants who also displayed the same English speaking talents as me who were very good in appearance, but I was not a person who would feel inadequate when other people were better than me. I don’t know why but I really believe in myself hehehe. and on the last night we were asked to answer questions from the judges to let them know the extent of our knowledge, we were also given the freedom to answer in Indonesian and English.
I was chosen because I could use a language other than Indonesian when answering, and the jury said that I had sufficient knowledge and uncomplicated answering techniques. not only that my grades were high because on the first and second nights I also got the highest score for performing well. and finally I was chosen as the queen at my school after going through these stages. oh yes the happier thing is that I was crowned by my own father because that night my father came as the regent’s representative as the person who would wear the crown to the winner of the king and queen of my school.

Thanks for reading:)
